Student Leadership FAQ

Students who will be in 9th -12th grade that are interested in developing their leadership skills, interacting with students from different schools and open to getting out of their comfort zone to grow.

Students attend leadership meetings twice a month for the entire school year and participate in at least one volunteer event each semester.

No. The program is provided at no cost thanks to generous community donors and partners.

We have 5 pillars of our program that no other non-profit has – leadership training, mentoring, volunteering, scholarship support, and access to unique opportunities.

Students are matched with a professional mentor that can offer guidance, advice, support, real-world experiences, and someone that will really listen to what is going on in the student’s lives.

Twice a month during our leadership meetings with additional possibilities at volunteer and community events.

We are multiple scholarships each year ranging from $700 – $4000 including the BNI Winning Edge of Success Scholarship

You can donate, sponsor an event, provide in-kind gifts, host career experiences, or contribute to our Silent Auction
