Kipp is the Founder and Executive Director of Kramerica Gives, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering high school students through leadership, mentorship, community involvement, scholarships, and access to opportunities. Through Kramerica Gives, Kipp focuses on helping students grow into confident, community-minded leaders by creating meaningful real-world experiences and opportunities for personal development.
Originally from Upstate New York, Kipp earned his bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University and brings experience from both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, including years working in marketing, leadership, and mentorship roles. Known for his energy and community-driven approach, he has spent more than 20 years helping develop young leaders and building programs focused on personal growth, service, and community impact.
Kipp is passionate about helping students recognize their potential, step outside their comfort zones, and become positive forces within their schools and communities.
